About the Role
Tunstall Technology Group has 250 colleagues working together across six countries. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the Software Engineering Director will lead approximately 100 colleagues in the UK, Spain and Canada creating technology solutions to improve Tunstall’s long-term profitability. Whilst the role is UK-based, travel to other Tunstall locations will be required.

Our Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for an experienced leader with an outstanding track record of leading Innovation and Development teams with a customer centric mindset, ideally as part of global organisations. You’ll have a strong commercial focus, creating a high-performing team, as well as being a role model for excellent stakeholder management internally and externally.
- +10 years’ experience in development and delivery of tech/IT/software products and services, ideally as part of a global organisation
- Successfully managed large portfolios or programmes with multiple international stakeholders
Strong track record of developing and leading high performing teams
